Discover one of the Cape’s best kept secrets by taking a short, scenic helicopter ride to the Durbanville Wine Valley where the cool breezes from the Atlantic and the excellent quality soil join forces to produce truly excellent wines.
Upon landing at De Grendel van de Tijgerberg, the gate way to the Durbanville Valley, you will be treated to a cellar tour in their brand new, state of the art cellar followed by a wine tasting.
From there you will be driven to Hillcrest Estate where you will experience some more of Durbanville’s delights in the form of excellent wines produced by this boutique winery and their home grown olives.
Lunch time will find you at Nitida, for some excellent cuisine and wine tasting. Then take a step into the past at Altydgedacht where wine making methods of yesteryear have been applied with absolutely amazing results. From there you will either fly or be driven back to Cape Town.
